Conference ticket (without accommodation)

This fee includes:
- Full access to the conference programme
- Lunch, coffee, tea, and light snacks
Please note: dinners are not included.
Support ticket (without accommodation)
€250
By purchasing a support ticket, you help fund the scholarship programme and enable others to attend the conference.
Day ticket (no accommodation)

Accommodation prices
Conference participants can choose to stay at one of the conference accommodations or arrange their own accommodation. There are several options available:
Conference hotel
Located at the same site as the conference venue. Single and twin rooms are available.
Second hotel
Located approximately 1 kilometre from the conference venue. The journey takes around 15 minutes, either on foot or by subway. Twin and quad (four-person) rooms are available.
Good to know:
- Shared rooms have separate beds.
- You will be able to indicate if you have a preference for a roommate.
- Breakfast is included at your hotel.
- Rooms are booked from Monday 27 July to Friday 31 July.
Prices per person for 4 nights:
- €600 – Single room in the conference hotel
- €350 – Twin room in the conference hotel
- €300 – Twin room in the second hotel
- €200 – Quad room in the second hotel
The deadline for registration with accommodation is 19 April 2026. Please note that availability is limited.
Participants who register after 19 April will no longer be able to use the hotel accommodation we have reserved and will need to arrange their own accommodation. Registration for participants arranging their own accommodation will remain open until a few weeks before the conference.

You will hear from the conference team as soon as possible regarding the status of your registration.

Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a confirmation. Payment will be arranged via invoice.
We recommend booking your travel only after receiving your confirmation. We suggest arriving in Amsterdam on Monday 27 July and departing on Friday 31 July, or extending your stay to join the Canal Parade on Saturday 1 August.
